1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BRAINMOON trading system, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

BRAINMOON Research provides institutional-grade cryptocurrency market analysis. Key features include:

8 academic models: VPIN, Markov, Kyle's Lambda, Wavelet, EMD, Wyckoff, Volume Profile, ML Thresholds
Real-time market analysis across 121+ cryptocurrency pairs
Live BUY signals with confidence scores and entry quality ratings
Max profit/loss tracking per signal for transparency
Automation eligibility for yearly subscribers ($250K+ accounts)
Two subscription tiers: Monthly ($800) and Yearly ($7,680 - Save 20%)

Pricing Model: Flat monthly or yearly subscription fee. 7-day free trial, no credit card required.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
Properly configuring Binance API keys with trading permissions only (no withdrawal)
All activities that occur under their account
Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
Conducting their own due diligence before investing

4. SPOT Trading & Risk Acknowledgment

Users acknowledge that:

BRAINMOON uses SPOT trading only—you always own actual cryptocurrency
SPOT trading eliminates liquidation risk but does not eliminate market risk
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
Past performance does not guarantee future results
AI systems can make errors and are not infallible
Your portfolio value may decrease due to market conditions

5. Fund Security

Your funds remain in your personal Binance account at all times. BRAINMOON accesses your account via API with trading permissions only. We physically cannot withdraw your funds. You maintain full control and can revoke API access at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

BRAINMOON and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the service
Trading losses due to market conditions
System errors or technical failures
Unauthorized access to your Binance account
Third-party actions or exchange issues

7. No Financial Advice

BRAINMOON does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. All trading decisions are made by our AI algorithms at your own risk. Consult with qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

8. Data Privacy

We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect your data, including encryption of API keys and secure session management.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for conduct that violates these terms. Upon termination, your funds remain in your Binance account.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
